About us

Located in Olivo, in the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin, directly at Stuttgart Main Station, since mid-2018 a new team has been enchanting its guests with a not-for-ordinary, unadulterated cuisine. On the one hand, star chef Anton Gschwendtner takes his inspiration from modern French cuisine, but on the other hand also sets surprising Asian accents. The products used are predominantly regional and seasonal top-class products, which make great connections with great craftsmanship and an eye for detail. Very important for Anton Gschwendtner's kitchen is the recognition of the products, the guest should taste the ingredients of his dish. Of course, having a good meal also requires a good wine - and attentive service. The team around Maître and sommelier Julia Pleintinger recommends the most exquisite wines and ensures that your visit to Olivo becomes an extraordinary culinary experience.
