About us

In the Olivo, in the Steigenberger Hotel Graf Zeppelin, located directly at Stuttgart Central Station, a new team has been enchanting its guests with an unusual, unadulterated cuisine since mid-2018. Star chef Anton Gschwendtner is oriented to modern French cuisine on the one hand, but also sets surprising Asian accents on the other. Mainly regional and seasonal products of the top class are used, which make exciting connections with great craftsmanship and an eye for detail. The recognition value of the products is very important for Anton Gschwendtner's kitchen, the guest should taste the ingredients that make up his dish. A good meal naturally also includes a good wine - and attentive service.
