About us

The basis of our dishes is the brainstorming. Of course, I am inspired by my French background. My engagement with traditional haute cuisine as well as modern, international gastronomy also play an important role. But you shouldn't lose sight of the elementary. That is why I let myself be inspired by the varied offer of the beautiful weekly markets in Stuttgart. Fine dishes can only be conjured up from high-quality products. For this reason, the quality of the products is particularly important to me. The ingredients should not only be able to develop full-bodied, but also melt into a noble composition at the same time. A fine selection of fresh herbs and delicate spices complete my dishes. We want to pamper not only your taste buds, but also your eyes. That is why I attach great importance to the accurate arrangement of our dishes. The enjoyment is completed by a careful selection of local and international wines.
