We are happy to welcome you for lunch, dinner or a delicious cocktail at the bar. Whenever you come to us, we will spoil you with the highest quality, individual service and warm hospitality at all times.
Our kitchen provides you with freshly prepared Swabian specialties. The ingredients for our dishes come from the region: We buy sausage and meat from the butchers Kübler and Schneider - the two best butchers in town.
For the most part, we bake bread and cakes ourselves at the Carls - which does not come from our own bakery, we source from the region. All our wines and sect come from the region of Stuttgart and Esslingen.
The private brewery Dinkelacker-Schwaben Bräu provides us with their wonderfully tasty beers. Dinkelacker stands for several generations for carefully brewed beers, which also come to 100% from the region.
